Gigantes are giant butter beans, baked in a rich tomato sauce with dill, parsley and plenty of extra virgin olive oil.

The beans are slow-cooked in the oven for several hours to create levels of delicious flavour. This is a traditional Greek recipe that has been cooked in homes for many generations. Can be enjoyed straight from the jar as part of a Greek meze. Also, enjoy gently heated with crumbled feta over the top.
