Roasted Cod & Cannelini Beans


Sustainably sourced British cod fillets marinated with thyme and lemon zest on a bed slowly braised cannellini beans and sweet braised leeks, finished with slow-roasted cherry tomatoes.

This meal is frozen in the kitchen to lock in freshness and flavour.
