Remove the cardboard sleeve, pierce film
Microwave on full power 850W for 4 minutes, jiggle the dish and heat for another 4 minutes
Oven cook
small - 40-45 mins | large - 40 - 45 mins
Pre-heat your oven to 170C fan / 190C electric/gas mark 5
Remove the cardboard sleeve, pierce film
Cook for 35-40 minutes.
